The Yak Chews are made in the Himalayas mountains.

This consists of a mix of skimmed milk from the yak cow. A little bit of lime juice and salt is added to have the milk hardened that is subsequently compressed in blocks and traditionally smoked for 28 days.

Hence their great unique taste.

Is salt then not harmful? Well, there is less 0.1% salt in it and is only used in the beginning to help harden. So no problemo.

What about lactose intolerance?

Not all dogs are intolerant and if your capon is: there is virtually no lactose in it as the cream and whey have been removed in the process.

Did you know that when - finally - the snack is almost finished and there is still a small 3 cm left:

Insert him 30-60sec in the microwave. It will start trembling and then puff. Like popcorn. Only no popping sound.

Let it cool and it has become a little less hard and a delicious candy.
