Withdrawal form - Cancel order

Sometimes something immediately feels like a perfect match.
Sometimes you realize at home that it is not quite what you were looking for.

We understand that.

You therefore have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without having to give a reason.

Of course we hope that your CHEWpackage will win your heart and that of your four-legged friend. If that is not the case, we will be happy to help you.

You can let us know that you wish to return your purchase using the withdrawal form below - contact us. Leave name and order number.

After receiving your notification, you still have 14 days to return the products to us.

We only ask that you return the items unused, undamaged and with a tag attached. Beds, blankets, customer-specific orders and sales items purchased in the store cannot be exchanged.

Thank you for handling our products with care, so that they too can be given a beautiful new destination. 🐾
